Use of this site signifies the user’s agreement to all terms of this user agreement:

Restrictions and Conditions on Use: Read these restrictions and conditions of use carefully and in their entirety prior to using this site. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms of use and agree to be bound by the full terms of this User Agreement. You represent that you have authority to act for and bind your employer in using information from this site and agree that the employer is bound by these restrictions and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms of use, you will signify your disagreement by not using the Insurance Tax Collection Program site and immediately exiting.

Lawful Use and Ownership: The site is produced and published by the Municipal Association of South Carolina. Authorized users agree to institute security policies and measures to deny access to information on this site by unauthorized users. This site and all of the information contained in its databases or on its pages is the property of the Association.

Restrictions: The ITCP site and its data, listings, information or other components may not be republished, reproduced, reprinted, retransmitted, distributed, rebroadcast, disseminated, circulated, duplicated or resold in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes. Use of the site to establish independent data files or compendiums of information is strictly prohibited and violators will be traced and prosecuted. You agree to access the information contained on the site manually, but not programmatically by macro or other non-individual person or automated means.

Source Copyrights: You acknowledge that all data is covered by applicable copyright laws. This site may be used only for official operation of the user. Users may not sell, redistribute or otherwise use the data for commercial purposes. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Association may use advanced tracing technology to trace and prosecute violators.

Limitations of Liability: You understand and accept that the Association and its data suppliers shall not be liable to you or any associated party for damages or injury caused in whole or in part by negligence in producing and publishing this site or any information contained in this site or linked by or to this site. You further understand and accept that the Association and its data suppliers and any related entities shall not be liable to you or any associated party as a result of the disclosure or dissemination of the information contained on this site. No representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy of any information on this site. You completely understand and accept that in no event will the Association, or its data suppliers and any related entities, be liable to you or any party associated with you for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages. By using this site, you agree and accept that liability of the Association, and its data suppliers and any related entities, shall be completely and unequivocally waived by you. The Association expressly reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information submitted to this site. The Association expressly reserves the right to take all efforts that the Association, in its sole discretion, deems necessary and appropriate to collect all taxes owed.

Privacy Policy: The Association makes respecting the privacy of insurance company information an utmost priority. Any and all information collected at this site is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed, with the exception of compliance with court order, release in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, and sharing with other public officials or employees in the performance of their duties pursuant to S. C. Code Section 6-1-120.

Governance: You understand and accept that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of South Carolina without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. In the event that any provision of this agreement is determined to be unlawful, you understand and accept that that provision shall be severable from this agreement without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. This shall be the entire User Agreement relating to the subject matter herein. The Municipal Association may modify this User Agreement and Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. You understand that notice of any updates or modifications to this Agreement will be fully communicated to you by the posting of a modified Agreement on the Association's Web site.
